OPTARSS II Overview

Operations, Planning, Training and Resource Support Services (OPTARSS) is a master definite delivery/indefinite quantity, task order driven, operations contract supporting the Army. OPTARSS II is the follow-on to OPTARSS I to continue support to the Army and DOD community. OPTARSS II provides the customer with numerous advantages and has been streamlined to provide:

  • Expedited Ordering
  • Standardized Task Orders
  • Rapid Mobilization
  • Pre-qualified contractors with established labor rates
