SeaPort-e Program Manager

Engineering Support Personnel, Inc. (ESP) is currently seeking a SeaPort-e Program Manager for our corporate office located in Orlando, Florida responsible for assisting and developing proposals under SeaPort-e IDIQ and managing those Task Orders once awarded.

Primary duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Develop, monitor, track and manage Program plans, budgets and schedules to plan
• Review and analyze and monitor Risk Management
• Review RFPs and lead the proposal process as required
• Manage flexibly to changing management and customer requirements
• Work closely with Engineering and Operations to establish and manage Program
• Provide program Life Cycle Management
• Communicate program status internally and externally including being the primary interface with customers and internal departments
• Conduct external meetings with customers and vendors
• Manage material obsolescence on programs
• Review and understand all contract, internal meeting and management requirements

Job Requirements:

• 7-10 years experience with NAVAIR, NAVSEA, SPAWAR or NAVSUP programs and/or Government contracting
• BA/BS in related field
• Individual must demonstrate excellent administrative, organization and interpersonal skills
• Ability to obtain SECRET Clearance
• Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment
• Ability to function efficiently in an electronic environment
• Proficient with MS Office with an emphasis on Excel
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Travel required
